Section OneCompany & scope
SportyPreneurs Community FZCO (“SportyPreneurs”, “we”, “us”) is a Dubai, United Arab Emirates free zone company licensed by the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority under licence L-4974.
Registered address: Premises No. 4.07-COW5-264, Floor 04, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These terms describe the conditions for using this website and making an application. When we offer a paid membership, event booking or partnership, we will provide the specific service, price and contract terms for your agreement before a commitment is made. Visiting this page or submitting an application does not by itself create a paid membership contract.
Any specific membership offer or booking terms supplement these terms and must be presented before you agree. They cannot remove rights that applicable law protects. A corporate membership or commercial partnership may also require a separate written agreement.
Section TwoApplications & admission
- Eligibility — membership applications are for adults aged 18 or over with legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement. If applying for a company, you must have authority to act for it.
- Accurate information — provide truthful, current business and contact information and let us know about material changes. Only provide information you are entitled to share.
- Personal review — applications are reviewed for eligibility, chapter capacity and community fit. We may request reasonable clarification or references. Submission does not guarantee admission or a particular tier.
- No payment commitment — there is no payment collection through the current application form. An acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance as a member or a commitment to pay.
- Confirmation — if accepted, you will receive the applicable offer, including the membership period, start date, benefits, price and cancellation arrangements, before deciding whether to join.
Section ThreeMembership & benefits
Our individual membership types are Founding Member, Executive and Elite. We also offer a Corporate membership package with four transferable executive seats. Elite membership is available by private invitation only. The offer you accept identifies your membership type and included benefits.
Chapter openings, app features and future activities described as planned or coming soon remain subject to launch. Before payment, we will distinguish services available at your start date from future services and confirm any launch-dependent benefits. We will honour the benefits and promotional commitments included in your accepted offer; these terms do not permit us to withdraw them without an appropriate remedy.
- Access and bookings — attendance can require advance booking and is subject to the capacity and fair participation rules disclosed for that activity. Included access does not guarantee a place at every date or venue.
- Additional charges — court rental, meals, travel, accommodation, retreats or third-party services may carry separate charges. We will make clear what is included and disclose any additional charge before a booking or purchase.
- Introductions — introductions and networking do not guarantee funding, sales, investment returns or a particular business outcome. Members remain responsible for their own due diligence and business decisions.
- Corporate seats — the advertised corporate package has four transferable executive seats. If a nominee leaves the company, a successor can be nominated; the corporate agreement will set out the verification and reassignment process. Corporate transferability does not make individual memberships transferable.
Section FourFees & renewals
Prices advertised on the website are in UAE dirhams (AED). Before you agree to pay, we will confirm the full amount, applicable VAT or other mandatory charges, the billing period, what is included and the payment method. We will provide the contract information and invoice in Arabic where required by UAE law, with English information alongside it where appropriate.
Membership is an annual, twelve-month commitment. The start and expiry dates, any founding-member upgrade commitment and the terms of renewal are confirmed in your offer. Annual membership fees are non-refundable once you join, subject to the statutory rights described in Section Five. We will disclose the price and terms of a renewal before you agree to it. Automatic renewal or recurring payment requires a separate, clear agreement; an application does not authorise future charges.
Changes to advertised prices apply to future offers. They do not retrospectively change the price or agreed benefits for a period already purchased. Report an apparent pricing error so that we can clarify it before any agreement is made.
Section FiveCancellations & refunds
You can withdraw an application before accepting a paid offer by emailing membership@sportypreneurs.com. The current application carries no fee.
Once you join, annual membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds for a change of mind, voluntary cancellation, non-use of benefits or leaving partway through the membership year, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Choosing to stop participating does not shorten the agreed annual term.
You can ask us not to renew your membership for the next annual period by contacting the membership team. Any renewal process and notice requirements will be disclosed before you agree to renewal. This does not create a refund entitlement for the current year. The annual term and non-refundable policy must be presented before joining and do not retrospectively change an existing agreement.
Separately priced events or third-party bookings may have their own cancellation terms, which will be disclosed before payment. Those booking terms do not change the annual membership policy.
If we cancel a paid event, cannot supply an agreed service, or make a material change to an agreed benefit, we will explain the available remedy, including any refund or alternative required by law or the agreed booking terms. An alternative will not replace a refund entitlement without your agreement.
For a cancellation, renewal query or a request concerning a statutory refund entitlement, email our membership team with your name and relevant membership or booking reference. Nothing in this annual non-refundable policy excludes a refund, compensation or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Section SixSport, events & third parties
Sport and physical activities involve risks, including injury. Choose activities suitable for your experience and fitness, use appropriate equipment, follow venue and organiser safety instructions, and stop if participation becomes unsafe. Seek appropriate professional advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you.
Specific activities may have their own safety requirements, age restrictions, booking rules or participation documents. We will identify relevant additional conditions before you commit. This page is not a blanket waiver of injury claims and does not excuse anyone from legal safety obligations.
Some services are supplied by independent clubs, venues, instructors or travel providers. The booking information will identify the supplier and any separate terms. You are responsible for arranging travel documents and personal insurance appropriate to your circumstances unless expressly included in a booking. Using a third-party provider does not remove any responsibility SportyPreneurs has under applicable law.
Section SevenCommunity conduct & access
- Treat members, guests, organisers and venue staff respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud and unsafe behaviour are not acceptable.
- Respect private conversations and business information. Do not publish another person’s details, images or confidential material without an appropriate permission or legal basis.
- Do not spam members, misrepresent your identity, misuse introductions, share personal access credentials or use the community for unlawful activity.
- Follow reasonable event and venue rules, and respect intellectual property and the privacy of other people.
We may take proportionate action for a serious or repeated breach, including restricting an activity or suspending access while an issue is investigated. Where practicable, we will explain the concern and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond or put it right. Immediate action may be needed to protect safety or prevent fraud or unlawful activity.
Any termination of a paid membership must follow the applicable agreement and law. The annual membership and non-refundable fee policy in Section Five applies, subject to any remedy required by law. You can ask the membership team to review a conduct or access decision.
Section EightWebsite, content & intellectual property
You may use the website to learn about the club, make an application and contact us. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, interfere with the service or scrape personal information.
Website branding, text, designs and media belong to us or their respective rights holders. Viewing this website gives no right to reproduce or commercially exploit those materials beyond permissions provided by the rights holder or applicable law. Other brands remain the property of their owners.
If you send us material, you retain your rights in it. You authorise us to use it only as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, assess an application or deliver an agreed service. We will seek any additional permission needed for public promotional use.
We aim to keep website information accurate and the service available, but maintenance, technical faults and external links can affect access. Please contact us about a material error. We may correct information, but corrections do not override an existing contract or your legal rights.
Section NinePrivacy & communications
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how SportyPreneurs Community FZCO handles applications, enquiries and website data, including FormSubmit routing, retention and your privacy rights. Application processing consent and optional analytics choices are separate from any membership contract.
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your application or enquiry and administer services you request. An application is not permission for unrelated marketing. You can manage optional analytics through .
Section TenResponsibility & protected rights
Each party remains responsible for its acts and omissions to the extent provided by applicable law and the agreement made for a service. We will provide agreed services with the care and standards required by that law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights to accurate information, agreed services, refunds, compensation or other legal remedies.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it applies only to the extent permitted by law; the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. No provision should be interpreted as avoiding an obligation imposed on us by UAE consumer protection law.
Section ElevenGoverning law & complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and any consumer rights to bring a claim elsewhere, the competent courts of Dubai will hear disputes relating to these terms.
Please first raise a concern at membership@sportypreneurs.com, describing the issue and the outcome you seek. We will acknowledge your concern, review it and keep you informed of the outcome or any further information needed. You may approach a competent authority or court without completing this informal process where the law allows; it does not shorten any legal time limit or prevent urgent action.
Section TwelveChanges & contact
We will show the effective date when these terms change. Updated website terms apply prospectively. Material changes to an existing paid agreement will require appropriate notice and any agreement required by law; continued browsing alone does not authorise a new payment or remove an agreed benefit.
